Very nice, custom wordpress design. Excellent SEO built in with first page google, yahoo and bing results for many search terms. The owner states that all of the traffic is organic from search engines. Top Ten Services takes advantage of user generated content where most or all of the articles and reviews are written by the users.
The seller makes money by promoting merchants from various affiliate networks. This may be a good time to get in on a site like this since the holiday season is approaching.
The seller’s Flippa profile has a trust rating of +2, which is about the minimum, and lists him as living in India. This would leave you with little recourse if the deal turned sour. I would only consider this deal if I could pay by escrow in multiple installments, in order to verify traffic volume and sources.

I have attached the Google Analytics with my listing. I don’t upload the google analytics statistics manually. The emails are sent directly from the Google Analytics account every monday. If anyone interested, you can check the statistics. Hope that helps understanding what search terms is the site ranking on. I will accept payment only through Escrow or Direct bank transfer. There is nothing that should turn the deal sour, it is a legitimate website and as stated in my listing at Flippa, it is generating $500 to $700 each month through affiliate marketing channels. Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, uploading the verified google analytics is definitely one of the things that adds so much extra confidence in the buyer’s mind! It was definitely a great idea to do that.
I agree, there’s nothing that should turn a deal sour. It looks like you’ve got a great site and an honest listing. I hope you get a great bid that you’re happy with. There might be some bidding as you get closer to the auction end.
