What to Like about CodeCall
I like that this site doesn’t spend any money on advertising. The traffic is all organic. It has high google rankings for many search terms in the niche. The site hosting costs are quite low considering the site’s size ($50/month). To me, CodeCall seems under monetized. Or at the very least, it could be optimized to improve monetization. That represents a good opportunity for a buyer.
What I Don’t Like About CodeCall
This website has been listed for sale before on flippa and didn’t sell. That indicates to me that the $20,000 minimum asking bid on this auction may be a little high given that that is about 27 months of earnings. I am not sure, but managing a site of this magnitude seems like it would be a fair amount of work. I doubt you can simply own this site in a passive manner and let the checks roll in. But then, I have never owned a site of this size myself! What do you guys think? How much time would be required to manage this website?
